Need a refresher course on how to eat healthy without losing flavor? Trish can help you out at this delicious yet nutritious cooking class, sponsored by Profile by Sanford. You do not need to be a Profile client to attend.

Class starts at 6:30 p.m. on 9/28 and will last 1.5-2 hours. Filling samples of all food and drink will be provided. This is a demonstration class, allowing you to sit back and enjoy. Attendees will receive a 10% off coupon for purchases that evening. Class size limited to 15 people. Classes will take place inside The Carrot Seed at 312 Main Ave, downtown Brookings.
